With a smooth, natural aluminum surface and a top grill plate that can be adjusted and locked into place, this unit provides even grilling along with easily repeatable results, so your customers get their favorite sandwich done just right every time. This grill lets you adjust the temperature from 150 – 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and you can also grill using both plates or the bottom plate only.
